Losing a loved one is a difficult and emotional time for you and your family. There are so many things to attend to in a short period of time while you are under emotional distress. Allow us to help you with the details of the reception after the funeral services. We can help you with the arrangements of food, beverages, staff, transportation, etc.
The after-funeral gathering is an important event. It is a time for people to meet and greet each other, some of whom they haven't seen for years. Once the formality of the service is over, food and drink tends to relax people so they can be more themselves and share their thoughts and feelings. The post-funeral gathering is one more way to show respect and celebrate the life of your loved one.
Book any package with Tula and we will reserve a block of rooms at a discounted rate for your out-of-town guests. Please note, Prepared Packages A, B, and C do not include reception location.
Tula custom packages: coordination of flowers and food, confirming location, setup of décor and entertainment, contacting photographers or other miscellaneous needs, and facilitation of web packages which include slideshow, giving memorial, design and domain registration. Tula is here to take the weight off your shoulders in your time of need.

Locations
Tula can assist with finding a suitable location for the post-funeral activities. If you need a large space or a smaller more intimate space, we can help. Some examples include the Drake Centre, Edgewater Pavillion, and the Atrium Health Spa and Inn
Flowers
Our florist offers live plants and beautiful fresh floral vase arrangements or floral wreaths with the flowers of your choice.
Food
Our caterer offers deli trays, sandwich platters, and hot entrees along with assorted seasonal fruit, cheese trays, and desserts. We also provide custom meals such as BBQ, Mexican, Italian, and Gourmet.
Miscellaneous
Tula can also assist with coordinating videos and photographs, audio/visual, special lighting, bands, DJs, or other music requests.
Décor
Tula can assist in the planning and set up of specialty linens, backdrops, table décor and reception themes. If you would like to go beyond traditional reception and have a unique "celebration of life" we are here to help you create.
Memorial Website
Tula can design a website including: funeral information and highlight your loved one with a history slide show and provide an online giving memorial. This service includes domain design and hosting for 3 months.

We will provide a venue for the event or even work with a private residence. We then give you the option of menus or custom creations to fit your needs and budget.
